Group Projects

A lot of what I do requires me to work with others. Listening to there needs and creating a solution. In my current line of work I do not work with other Programmers often, short of occasionally consulting with Daved Dumbeck. Working with other programmers is something I hope to pursue in the future. Listed below are examples of some of the projects I have done that required instruction and feed back from other sources.

• Who Has Inspired You?
  • This is a side project I did for the Knuttila's. The layout was designed by someone else, I just did the coding. In that respect I had to meet with the Knuttila's to determine what they needed, as well as the work with the designers to code around the image they wished to present.
• Military End user Page
  • I worked with Michelle Blaney and Jennifer Arno to create this page. This required going into a pre-built default page created by Right Now, dissecting it, and changing it to suit our needs.
• Right Now web forms and other works
  • I have had to do many works with Michelle Blaney to create and work around Right Now Technologies. As the software has improved many of our work arounds have depreciated, however in the beginning we often had to build external php pages to try and handle data. One example of this was the Pilot campaigns where we had to be able to track where the user came from when submitting a form. We had to pass that and other variable information threw the web url, to the form, and into a Right Now database field.
