A stat sheet must first be sent to the st's via e-mail (fargost@yahoogroups.com) to be reviewed. If a character has been played in WSR before, the stat sheet may be reviewed at game, although prior notice via e-mail to the st's is still preferred.
Ghouls, Spirit Slaves, and similar NPC's accompanying visiting PC's must be sent to fargost@yahoogroups.com along with the PC sheets. If NPC's are not sent, they will not be allowed to act in the game.
As per OWBN bylaws and charter, the st's of WSR reserve the right to deny any stats or items they feel might disrupt the game in any way
The fee for playing in WSR is one dollar ($1.00) per game session. this may be changed or ignored for special events. this fee is paid when checking in before each session.
All weapon/item cards must be signed by a WSR st or it may not be used in the game. WSR will provide cards for this so the original need not be signed.

Coming from Minneapolis:
Download MapGet on I-94 and go west (towards st. cloud). You will pass st. cloud, Alexandria, and Fergus Falls to name a few. as you are coming into Moorhead, take exit 1a (us-75). turn right onto 8th street/us-75. take 8th street up to 12th avenue and turn right. you will come to a stop sign at 11th street. go through the stop sign and you will come to another stop sign at 14th street. turn left onto 14th street (it is a one way going north). you will come to another stop sign in the middle of MSUM's campus. the next block after it, (6th avenue south), turn left. Comstock memorial union is immediately on your left. park out front, if there is a spot...if not, you'll have to drive down another block or so, until you see a small parking lot with parking meters. you do not have to pay for these meters, as they do not charge for parking on the weekends. walk to CMU and come upstairs and look for a bunch of strange looking people. we are all over the 2nd floor. it won't be hard to find us.
